Digital Marketing

Pamela is a Singapore-based, American marketing consultant, speaker and founder of Experiential Hands-on Learning, a training and development company. A resident of Asia for over 27 years, she conducts public workshops and in-house trainings that help companies enhance their branding and marketing communications so they engage their customers, increase leads and increase sales. Pamela helps companies to strategize, systemize and monetize their business.


She is the author of two books, Public Relations; and Small Business Acceleration: Get Noticed using Facebook, LinkedIn, Email Marketing, Public Relations and Video Marketing


She has a WSQ Advanced Certification in Training & Assessment (ACTA) and has spoken or conducted trainings in Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia, Brunei, Cambodia, China, Thailand, the Philippines and Vietnam. Some of the companies Pamela has conducted trainings clients include the Brunei EDB, Malaysia’s Media Prima, Singapore Press Holdings, MDS Pacific, UN Humanitarian Affairs, Chanel, Nestle, CapitaLand, Olympus, TPG Capital, Roche and more.


Pamela was a motivational speaker at UN Humanitarian Affairs University Scholars Leadership Symposium 2013 in Manila, Philippines and in 2014 in Phnom Penh, Cambodia. Invited by the United States Embassy Brunei Darussalam in conjunction with the Brunei Economic Development Board, Pamela conducted a series of workshops and talks on branding and marketing. She was a mentor for the 2012-2013 Temasek Polygenic Junior Achievement team that went on to win the Singapore Entrepreneur team of the year.


Pamela is a member of the Global Speakers Federation and served as a past Vice President of the Asia Professional Speakers Singapore (APSS). Pamela was a founding board member of the PrimeTime Business and Professional Women’s Association. She is a frequent speaker for business associations and has had multiple articles published online and in the Straits Times, Berita Harian and the Singapore Marketer magazine.
