OVERVIEW
This 2-day course aims to equip HR Professionals and Business Leaders with the essential fundamentals in Compensation & Benefits (C&B) Management, in general. As a leader, you will learn about the expectations of C&B as a function; aligning organization strategies to actionable C&B strategies; and an approach to reviewing current programs to meet your change agenda and managing the change. The course will engage participants in discussions and select activities aimed at encouraging you to reflect on your organization's practices and how you can translate the learnings into the workplace. With an interactive and participative approach, participants may benefit by asking questions and seeking consulting advice from an experienced Trainer-Facilitator. Through this training program, participants will also hear first-hand international HR and C&B trends influencing organizations and enhance your experience by networking with fellow peers and colleagues.

She has more than 20 years' experience in multiple industries, such as Technology, Gases and Chemicals, Professional Services, and Pharmaceuticals for organizations up to 130,000 employees. Her responsibilities span across the J-APAC regions, with a dual role in assuming lead roles in key projects for the Global Total Rewards function that has global impact.
Sarah is highly competent in the full suite of total rewards program design, implementation and technology, with special interests in HR transformation, start-ups and M&As. As an internal Consultant, she pays attention to the capability development of Business Leaders, People Managers and Human Resource professionals as ambassadors of the organization's rewards philosophy, principles and policies aimed at ensuring fairness and consistency; and that they gain confidence in managing employee rewards matters so as to build an engaging workforce. Her passion in coaching budding Rewards Specialists and sharing her expertise is demonstrated by her past appointment as a part-time lecturer for the Certificate, Diploma, Degree and Master HRM courses of a University's distance-learning program and current appointment as a freelance Trainer-Facilitator with an established Singapore-based HR training institution for its Certification programs and workshops.
